Patron Advisory Desk or better known as Reference Desk offers infinite assistance of information advice and delivery purposely to meet the users need and requirement. Users will be guided by a qualified and professional reference officer in daily basis according to library operation hour. The Patron Advisory Desk is placed at Level 1, nearby the elevator and at the threshold of main entrance. It is, basically, to attract user’s intention and view at their first sight. This service is important to lead them to use the library in a correct manner.

Users can receive the help of librarians through the Live Chat Reference Service at the homepage of USIM Library website. Our Telegram channel and phone calls also operate daily (office hours) from 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Through this application, students and lecturers could communicate directly with librarians on any issues related to information seeking.
