User Education Programme aims to provide users with exposure and guidance to develop information literacy skills and make full use of the library’s collections, services, and facilities.
Classes are conducted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The topics and training sessions offered include:
  • Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)
  • All databases subscribed to by the library
  • Any topic related to information services or based on users’ specific requests
