Self-service enables users to make a self-checkout, online renewal and return materials. This is to avoid lineups at the circulation service counter.

All USIM staff and students are automatically members of USIM Library. Nonmembers who wish to loan a book have to apply for external membership. Read on how to apply for external membership.

Nonmembers who wish to loan a book must come to the library and apply for external membership.
For more information on how to apply for external membership please call Circulation Counter on 06-7986255 (Office hour).
Each member is entitled to use all the facilities and amenities offered and is also eligible to make a book loan.

Book Loan Services
When books on loan are not returned by the due date, users will be fined according to the following rates:
- RM0.10 per day/ per book
- RM0.10 per hour/ per book for Special Collection
You can check your overdue fine on KOHA Library Catalogue (WebOPAC)
You can pay by cash at the Circulation Counter or use the online payment method. Please refer to the online payment method HERE.
The report can be made at Circulation Counter or just fill the online form HERE. Staff on duty will evaluate the damaged item.
Bring the clearance form to any service counter at the library or just e-mel your form to email@example.com
USIM Research Repository System (Sistem Repositori Penyelidikan – SRP) is an open-access platform that collects, preserves and showcase the research output of USIM researchers, students and faculties. The concept of unlimited free online information sharing and dissemination to increase visibility to the writings and research by USIM communities and demonstrate USIM’s research excellence to the world.
It is implemented because it can accelerate the dissemination of research findings, encourage innovation, enrich education and stimulate the economy to improve the well-being of society. Dissemination of knowledge using open access does not incur any cost. An open access platform, the USIM Research Repository System, are developed for USIM authors and researchers to upload their writing and research results for public access.

e-Imtiyaz is an institutional repository for USIM that holds various information in many fields. Among the collections available in this system are the Collection of Past Year Examination Papers, Newspapers, Bulletins, Undergraduates Academic Projects Papers and more.
