LIBRARY SERVICES DURING MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER
Users can receive the help of librarians through the Live Chat Reference Service in the library’s mobile application, WhatsApp and phone calls that operate daily from 8 am to 5 am. Through this application, students and lecturers could communicate directly with librarians on any issues related to information seeking.
This service facilitates users to renew their loan by login to OPAC Patron Access. However, the loan renewal only can be done maximumly 2 times via online.
